Montreal Canadiens at Buffalo Sabres
Canadiens' depth and strong record make them a live underdog against Sabres
The pick: Montreal Canadiens +1.5 at −110 (FanDuel)
Won. Final: Montreal Canadiens 6, Buffalo Sabres 3.
Despite being underdogs, the Canadiens have a strong record and a potent offense led by Cole Caufield. The Sabres' injuries and reliance on Tage Thompson create vulnerabilities. Expect a close game where Montreal covers the spread.
