NFL pick of the day · Sun, Aug 23 · 8:00 PM ET
Seattle Seahawks at Tennessee Titans
Tennessee's Defense Is the Bet, Not the Offense
The pick: Tennessee Titans -4.5 at −105 (DraftKings)
Lost. Final: Seattle Seahawks 16, Tennessee Titans 19.
Tennessee covers -4.5 at home because the Titans' defense - ranked 10th in the league at 13 points allowed per game - is stingy enough to keep Seattle's offense from making this a game, and the Seahawks arrive at Nissan Stadium at 0-1 with a -10 point differential and nowhere near enough tape to trust on the road.
