San Antonio Spurs at New York Knicks
New York's defense is the story
The pick: New York Knicks -2.5 at −105 (FanDuel)
Lost. Final: San Antonio Spurs 115, New York Knicks 111.
The Knicks are playing their best basketball of the season at the perfect time. They've won five straight, and it's not just the record - it's how they've done it. Over that stretch, they're outscoring opponents by 15.4 points per game, which is absurd. The defense has been suffocating, holding teams to 101.4 points per game, and the offense is humming at 116.8.
